Privacy Policy
This explains what we collect when you run a free audit, who processes it on our behalf, and the control you keep over it.

What we collect
When you request a free audit we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, a password, and the public pointers you paste, meaning the links where you already appear online. We also store the report our system generates for you.
Your password is not readable by us
Your password is never stored in plain text and cannot be read by us. Before it is saved, it is put through a one-way cryptographic function, so only a scrambled version we cannot reverse is kept. If you lose it, it can be reset, not recovered.
Who processes your data
A small number of vetted technical providers process data on our behalf, each limited to a single purpose and each held to appropriate security standards. We describe them by the category of service they provide rather than by name:
Hosting: a provider runs our website and database and stores your account and the reports tied to it.
AI processing: a provider performs the automated analysis. To assess your public presence, that analysis includes searches of the open web.
Email delivery: a provider sends the transactional emails tied to your account, such as confirmation and password reset messages.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for commercial purposes.
Why we use it
We use your information for three things only: to generate your audit, to maintain your account, and to let you sign back in and review your own report.
How long we keep it
Your report stays tied to your account for as long as you keep it. When you ask us to delete it, we remove your report and your account. To request this, write to us through our contact form.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these, write to us through our contact form.
Cookies
We use only the technical session cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we run no third-party tracking.
If an audit is about you
An audit describes a real, identifiable person, and our analysis draws only on information that is already public. By requesting an audit, you confirm that you are analysing yourself, or that you are entitled to analyse the person named.
If a report has been produced about you and you want it removed, write to us through our contact form and we will remove it.
The audit is free and takes minutes. Run your free audit.
